Like to maintain the quality we do CNC cut outs, we use FAG Poland bearings, Stainless Steel Food Grade Beater which is balanced in balancing machines.
In the commercial atta chakki machine we have 1 HP to 20 HP models available. This machine you will get around 10 kg per hour to 180 kg per hour output of all grains like wheat rice millet maze ragi sugar black pepper etc any other kind of small size of articles (equivalent to me size means less than 1 cm) material must be dry means not oily or moisturized because during grinding oily or moisturize material will be stick inside the liner and sieve.
This is very easy to operate and easy to clean this machine is long lasting approx more than 15 years.
